Falmouth Memorial Library Newsletter
Spring 2020 - The stuck-at-home/COVID-19 edition
Even though it feels like everything has ground to a halt, we thought it would be positive to share what the Library staff has been doing when we can't actually go to the Library.

Staff members have set up offices in their homes where they are learning better ways to help our patrons through webinars and other online training resources.

Borrowed Materials
Please, please, please don't be concerned about overdue fines and late items. Nearly every library in the state is shut down. When we reopen in our new space we will process all returns and interlibrary loans and waive any associated late fees. Staff are monitoring voice mail, so if you have any questions you can leave a message at 781-2351.
The Library is pleased to introduce Andrea Kazilionis as our new Adult Services Librarian. Andrea started several weeks ago and is completely immersed in online meetings of librarians throughout the state regarding library services to patrons during the current COVID-19 emergency.

Andrea is providing reference support via email. Simply email reference@falmouthmemoriallibrary.org with your library reference questions. She does not have extra toilet paper...
Will Brown, Youth Services Librarian and Andrea Kazilionis, Adult Services Librarian have assembled an extensive list of resources for accessing reading and research from home.
