The Knowledge Mobile in Action
Throughout the summer, the SAPL Knowledge Mobile has visited schools, parks and community centers to connect, create and chill with residents. Thousands have danced with robots, drawn with 3-D pens, listened to stories and, of course, checked out books! You can follow the summer flight path as the Know-Mo makes stops at all Movies and Concerts in the Parks, with a special stop at National Night Out on August 2nd at Thornton Park.

Find Your Light Summer Musical Camp
The Santa Ana Public Library’s X-STREAM Lab was proud to host a summer musical camp with Find Your Light, a student run non-profit. During the week long event, participants learned many fun musical theater related games, musical numbers and choreography. Parents and family members were invited to a performance that showcased all that their children had learned and practiced throughout the week. We thank the Find Your Light singing and choreography coaches for all of their work to provide this wonderful new experience for children in our community! Participants truly found their light and we hope everyone saw it shine brightly during the final performance!
Power Up at SAPL
Main library is now home to a new charging locker designed to charge and secure phones, laptops, tablets, iPads or any other small electronics. Patrons now have a new way to keep their devices powered up! The locker features 8 locking bays, each with 2 charging cables and a power outlet.

Impromptu: English Conversation Café
We welcome all to our Impromptu English Conversation Café, a fun and relaxed environment to practice your conversational English skills. Bring your energy and we will supply topics for your discussion pleasure. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Summer Reading Program Ends August 15, 2022
There’s still time to join SAPL for a summer of reading, fun and prizes! Track your progress as you complete activities and earn prizes using Beanstack, an online platform. Participants who complete their challenge will receive a t-shirt (while supplies last) and an entry into the Grand Prize Opportunity Draw­ing!
