B’nai Mitzvah of . . .

My name is Sandler Brooks Rothman, my Bar Mitzvah was Saturday, April 5, 2025. For my Mitzvah Project, I helped out at the KI HaMotzi dinners, the anti-hunger campaign to assist the food insecure.

I am now working on “Leveling the Playing Field” which helps provide gently used sports equipment to those in need. I attend Abington Middle School.

My hobbies include sports, hanging with friends, biking, video games, traveling, fishing and skiing. I play soccer, baseball, tennis and running.

My parents are Lynn and Drew Rothman.

My name is Omari Nadiv Greenbaum, everyone calls me Omari. My Bar Mitzvah is April 26, 2025. For my Mitzvah Project, I have been helping out at the monthly HaMotzi dinners for the past two years. It is fun to connect with and help with the community. I also greet for Shabbat Services once a month for the same reason! I attend Wyncote Academy. My hobbies include Lego, art, singing, theater and researching aviation. My parents are Tracy and Yoni Greenbaum.

LEGACY GIVING: Commit Today to Strengthen KI Tomorrow

Since our founding in 1847 as Philadelphia’s fourth synagogue, KI has been creating  bright pathways to Jewish life and learning for generations. As the area’s first Reform synagogue, we have a robust history and a deep commitment to providing our diverse membership with a welcoming atmosphere, critical community guidance and support, and multiple opportunities for transformational engagement in Jewish life. As you reflect on what is most meaningful to you, we ask that you consider KI’s future, and help ensure that the values that matter to you are secured. You can do this by making a Legacy Gift to KI – naming KI as a beneficiary in your will, charitable trust, life insurance policy, or retirement plan. Help us fulfill our responsibility to L’Dor V’Dor by ensuring that KI’s vibrant, inclusive community lives on to serve future generations. To learn more about Legacy Giving, please contact Executive Director Brian Rissinger at 215-887-8700 or brissinger@kenesethisrael.org. All inquiries are kept in strict confidence.
