Over the last several months we evaluated the design of the Regional Life Specialist Program. We believe life sales can be improved by moving from regional assignments of Life Specialists to a national model. Specifically, we have created a Multiple Line Life Sales group staffed by our current Life Specialists to provide sales training and life insurance sales consulting nationally. This group will be led by Ryan Bauer, Director – Life Sales.
This change means all Managers and Agents will benefit from the expertise and specialized skills of the entire Life Sales team. Many of you have already experienced these benefits by participating in programs such as:

- Creating a Life Insurance Culture in a P&C Agency Study Group facilitated by Ken Nipp
- Advanced Markets Business Development Group (AMBDG) facilitated by Gilbert Santellan and Chip Talbot
- Intern Training facilitated by Tom Hart
- PIR Playbook spearheaded by Michele Rosa
