Family Self-Sufficiency Program

The Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) is a voluntary program for households enrolled in Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, and Project-Based Voucher programs to help them increase their earnings and build financial capability and assets.

Summer Camp registration begins March 1, except for Camp Joy, which begins registration March 11. Parks and Recreation is now accepting applications for more than 100 summer part-time job openings.

UNCG Science is Everywhere

Everyone is invited to the UNCG Science Everywhere Festival on the UNCG campus. Admission and parking in the McIver Parking Deck are free. The Festival will have over 50 hands-on activities, music and music science, an electron microscope art display, an opportunity to visit research labs of federally-funded projects, the new nursing building, and the new esports arena, and much more.

Calling all young creatives aged 8-17 to the stage of imagination and storytelling at TAB Arts Center's After School Film Camp, starring on Fridays and Saturdays! This is your child's ticket to the thrilling world of filmmaking, where ideas ignite and dreams take flight. The camp is $50 a month.

Fierce Fellows is a series of workshops designed for judicially impacted individuals seeking employment. These workshops will include career counseling, promoting engagement, and other supportive services.
