A Word From Father Mike
|
You have believed in the Word of the Lord."
This Sunday, we are drawn deeper into the mystery of Christ's coming through the songs of Mary and Elizabeth. The two women exchange jubilant announcements of how God is acting in their lives through the mysterious workings of the Holy Spirit. Not hindered by their lowliness, the two women have the audacity to believe in God's promises which are then powerfully fulfilled. Come and join in their joyful expectation of Christ's coming this final Sunday of Advent.

Sunday School

Sunday School
This Sunday is the 4th Sunday of Advent! I know it is the day before Christmas Eve, but even more of a reason to get your children to Sunday School :) Please continue to try to arrive by 9:45 so the children can get as much as possible out of their time together.
With
Peace & Love,
Dana Leach

There will be no Sunday School on December 30th.

Join Us for Our Christmas Pageant!
|
Join us for our annual Christmas pageant!
There is a spot for EVERY child that would like to participate!
Please note, our deadline for printing the children's names in the Christmas Eve bulletin is 12/19.
If your child has a last-minute change of heart and desperately wants to be part of the pageant, we can easily put them in an angel or shepherd costume, but it is also fun to watch so no one should end up sad :)
We will have one rehearsal on 12/22 from 11am-1pm and the actual pageant will take place during our Christmas Eve service at 4pm.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Erika Grothues at
erika.grothues@gmail.com
or via cell: 917-797-3296.
Thank you!

Celebrate Our 125th Anniversary with
St. Peter's Memorabilia!
|
Each week after the 10 AM Sunday church service, we will be selling our awesome 125th Saint Peter's memorabilia that would make a perfect gift for someone at Christmas time, birthday, wedding, celebration, friendship, or ...
just because you love them!
We have post cards, Christmas cards, note cards, small and large coffee mugs, tiles, and ... a wonderful set of 4 coasters! We also have some of our old coins, cookbooks, and special Mother Stephanie ornaments.
Come see us as we will have the items on display and for sale after each Sunday 10 AM service. We will either be at the back of the church OR at the coffee hour.
Of course if you cannot make it to either, but want something, please call me at 973-632-1884 or
send me an email.
Happy 125th Anniversary to all of us!
