A Word from Father Mike

"Gifted, Called, Sent"
This past weekend our diocese met in convention and Bishop Carlye reminded us that the Holy Spirit has given us unique gifts, and that She (the Holy Spirit), has called us and sent us to use those gifts for God's mission. This Sunday, we will explore, along with our children, our gifts for ministry and how they can used for the building up of God's kingdom of peace in the world and for sharing the Good News of God's transforming power.

Family Church this Sunday!
|
Family Church
This Sunday is Family Church - YAY!! This is always a wonderful service. I love watching the children give back to their church and the entire parish through this ministry. They do such a lovely job. Note: If the children can do it, you can too! Think about volunteering to read, usher or
crucifer
. These are rewarding ministries that don't take a huge
commitment of time
and for which we can always use extra people :)
Our next Family Church is March 10th
,
so mark your calendars and please reach out to me if your child(ren) would like to participate.
Sunday School
Next Sunday, February 17th, there will be no Sunday School due to the February vacation.
