Mark your calendars for our annual Volunteer Recognition events! Each year, we take the time to thank our outstanding volunteers who embody our motto of Nourishing the Human Spirit . This year, we also honor longtime Volunteer Director, Pauli Tice, before she retires in May!

Volunteers are needed to cover Meals-on-Wheels routes for Good Friday and Easter Sunday!

better protected knowing I have the skills - even if I don’t have to use it."

In late February, IMPACT Safety held a weekend-long seminar, "Own Your Own Safety," to help women identify and respond to unsafe situations.

Women — ranging from 22 to 60 years old — learned and practiced boundary setting, verbal self-defense, assertiveness, adrenaline management and full force physical self-defense skills. Participants said they left feeling more empowered than ever!
