LifeCare Alliance is a community lifeline
Without your support of LifeCare Alliance, thousands of central Ohio neighbors would be without a lifeline…

  • Homebound seniors would be forgotten, neglected, and unable to remain at home.
  • Cancer patients would be fighting their battles alone, struggling with food and care.
  • Children living with diabetes would be at risk, isolated and afraid.
  • Companion pets would be at risk of rationed food, or worse, parting with their owners.

Please continue your support of LifeCare Alliance this year. Together, we can ensure that the Agency continues to accept all those in need who qualify, regardless of ability to pay, maintains no waiting list for services, and upholds our Founder’s vision to “take care of those no one else pays any attention to.”

Because of YOU, 30,000 at-risk neighbors experience our central Ohio, where they receive compassionate, quality care.

THANK YOU!
Your gift helps:
  • Homebound seniors receive nutritious Meals-on-Wheels and a daily visit.
  • Cancer patients fight with hope, through detection, basic needs support, and care.
  • Children with diabetes thrive, experiencing life-changing resources and community.
  • Companion pets receive pet food and veterinary care to stay with their owners.
Do you have loved ones whose lives have been touched by LifeCare Alliance? Planning a gift in their memory can be a meaningful way to honor their lives. We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to help honor their legacy.

Join us as we celebrate our ambassador models who are all cancer survivors!

All proceeds will support the Columbus Cancer Clinic through the Heather Pick Spirit Fund.

Heather was the morning news anchor at WBNS 10TV who shared her battle with breast cancer with viewers. Heather lost her battle in 2008, but left a legacy by choosing the Columbus Cancer Clinic as the permanent endowment for her Spirit Fund.

Every year, the Columbus Cancer Clinic helps thousands of people
with prevention, detection, and hope as they deal with both cancer
and the economic devastation the disease can impose.

Quarterly Health Services Corner
LifeCare Alliance's health and wellness programs help thousands of central Ohioans manage their chronic diseases every year. Here are a few highlights of the recent impact our programs have had:

Our Wellness Department has taken on 176 new clients in 2019 for in-home diabetes consultations. Staff registered dietitians visit clients and help them combat their diabetes with individualized education and meal planning.

The Columbus Cancer Clinic has had a milestone year for mammograms in 2019. CCC is on track to perform more than 2,000 mammograms this year, a testament to the staff's dedication to early detection and cancer education.

The Central Ohio Diabetes Association this summer welcomed 10 campers to Kids Camp, 15 to Stepping Stones, and 176 to Camp Hamwi. These campers represented 36 Ohio counties, as well as Illinois and West Virginia.
