Lifestyle Update: Fall Fest

Greetings,

We are looking forward to a great event tomorrow it is shaping up to be one of our largest events yet we look forward seeing you tomorrow from:

NOON TO 3:00 PM

While we know some residents missed the deadline, we still hope you will join us for the evening celebration starting at 7:00 pm. Enjoy live music and delicious bites from the Vidorra food truck at the Event Lawn at Club Inspiration!

To help keep things running smoothly for the main event starting at Noon, we encourage walking or carpooling to Club Inspiration.

Please note:

The petting zoo and pony rides will only be accessible by foot or via the train, which will depart from Club Inspiration near the parking lot roundabout to 19th Hole Putting Green located at the roundabout at Huffines Blvd and Meziere Sky Dr.

Street parking is not available near these attractions.

The main entrance to Club Inspiration will be closed for food trucks and residents waiting for the train. Please use the entrance off Windy Point Ct. or the alternate entry just before the roundabout.

No parking is allowed in fire lanes keeping these areas clear is essential for everyone's safety and to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Please be kind and considerate to our team members working at the attractions. They are dedicated to ensuring the event runs smoothly, but unfortunately, no exceptions can be made regarding access to the locations without wristbands. We ask that you please respect the guidelines, as this helps with liability and ensures that all residents who confirmed their attendance have the opportunity to enjoy the attractions.

Most of our event staff are wonderful volunteers, including our lifeguards and monitors, and we truly appreciate their help in making this event a success. It wouldn’t be possible without them!

A special thank you to our Social Committee members for their hard work in organizing and bringing this brand-new event to our community. We could not have done it without their dedication and creativity!

We also want to share a quick note about the RSVP deadline. It was set to help our vendors prepare accurately and ensure everyone is accounted for. Having a consistent process allows us to be fair to all participants and support the behind-the-scenes work that makes events like this possible. We truly appreciate your understanding.

FOOD TRUCKS

We have set up tables and chairs on the patio at Club Inspiration for residents to enjoy bites from the delicious food trucks, including some tall bar tables for added convenience. Please note, food and drinks are not permitted inside Club Inspiration. Residents can use the restrooms located in the pool area.

Boardwalk Bites

Location: Roundabout

Expect mouthwatering fan favorites like foot-long corn dogs, loaded spiral fries, funnel cakes, mozzarella sticks, chicken baskets, and thirst-quenching lemonade.

Vidorra Food Truck

Location: Near the Event Lawn

Your favorite Mexican cuisine is rolling out of the kitchen and into the streets! Vidorra will be serving up fresh, flavorful Mexican favorites!

Sweet Pearls

Location: Roundabout

Cool off and treat yourself at Fall Fest with a scoop (or two!) from Sweet Pearls Ice Cream Truck! Serving up handcrafted flavors and creamy, delicious goodness, Sweet Pearls is the perfect stop for families looking to sweeten their festival day. Whether you love classic favorites or adventurous flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Train Rides

Location: Club Inspiration

All aboard! Our trackless trains will shuttle residents from Club Inspiration to the 19th Hole Putting Green, where even more fun awaits including the petting zoo and pony rides. It’s the perfect way to travel in true Fall Fest style!

Please remember: Wristbands are required for this attraction.

As a special perk, the first 100 lots who picked up their wristbands starting September 29th had the opportunity to reserve specific time slots for the train and pony rides; please be sure to bring your confirmation email if you are one of those lots.

Pony Rides

Little cowboys and cowgirls can saddle up for a ride they will never forget! Our gentle ponies are ready to give kids a true taste of the Wild West.

Petting Zoo

Location: 19th Hole Putting Green

Get up close with friendly farm animals at our Fall Fest petting zoo! Kids and adults alike will love the chance to pet, feed, and learn about these barnyard favorites.

Western Face Painters

Location: Event Lawn Gazebo & Clubhouse

Saddle up for some extra fun with our western-themed face painters! Kids can transform into cowboys, cowgirls, sheriffs, or rodeo stars with festive designs that bring the Wild West to life.

Western Balloon Artist

Location: Event Lawn Gazebo & Clubhouse

Watch the Wild West come to life with our balloon artist twisting cowboy hats, horses, lassos, and more! A perfect keepsake for kids to take home from Fall Fest.

For your convenience, we have set up two locations where residents can enjoy face painting or receive a western-themed balloon: one inside Club Inspiration, near the Craft Corral, and another at the Cabana near the park at the Event Lawn.

Craft Corral

Location: Club Inspiration

Unleash your creativity at the Craft Corral! Kids can enjoy hands-on, western-themed crafts and take home a special keepsake from Fall Fest. Each child may create one craft.

Toddler Corn Obstacle

Get ready for triple the fun at our fall-themed inflatable corn attractions! Families can twist, turn, and laugh their way through the giant Corn Maze, race to the top and zip down the high-flying Corn Slide, and let the little ones climb, crawl, and slide safely through the Toddler Corn Obstacle. With something for every age, these larger-than-life inflatables are sure to keep everyone entertained all day long!

Gunsmoke Shooting Gallery

Location: Event Lawn

Step into the Old West and put your aim to the test! Using our patented Bazooka Ball Guns, you’ll fire soft foam balls (about the size of a golf ball) at targets for nonstop, family-friendly fun.

Inflatable Axe Throwing

Location: Event Lawn

Grab a friend and test your aim with our double inflatable axe throwing game! Using soft, Velcro axes, you’ll compete side-by-side for bragging rights in this safe and exciting fall favorite.

El Toro the Mechnical Bull

Location: Event Lawn

Hang on tight and see how long you can last on our bucking mechanical bull! A true Wild West challenge that’s as fun to watch as it is to ride.

Saddle Up Ride

Location: Event Lawn

Hold on tight and enjoy the Saddle Up bench swing ride! This western-themed attraction seats up to 14 riders at a time and can be run at regular or slower speeds, making it a fun experience for both kids and adults. Yee-haw!

Fun Slide

Location: Event Lawn

Take a ride down our giant fair-style slide! With multiple lanes side by side, it’s the perfect way to race friends and enjoy classic carnival fun.

Evening Concert with Isaac Kenneth

Location: Event Lawn
Time: 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Kick back under the stars and enjoy an evening of live country music with artist Isaac Kenneth! Bring your lawn chair, a cozy blanket, your favorite beverages, and of course, your cowboy (or cowGIRL) boots. It’s the perfect way to wrap up Fall Fest with friends, music, and plenty of western flair.
