Congratulations Suzanne Groisser!
Suzanne has dedicated her career to Champion Family Justice in New Jersey.
She is the Director of Legal Services for the Rachel Coalition, a division of Jewish Family Service Metrowest New Jersey, where she has worked for 23 years.
She provides direct representation and consultation to clients in domestic violence restraining order matters in family court. Suzanne trains and mentors pro bono attorneys to provide representation to victims of domestic violence and provides 40 Hour Dometic Violence educational trainings to court staff, community nonprofits, health care providers, DVRT team members, and advocate volunteers.
Suzanne is a graduate of Harvard Law School and previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she focused on prosecuting domestic violence crimes.
She is an active member of the several New Jersey County Domestic Violence Working Groups and New Jersey Coalition to End Domestic Violence Attorney Group.
In 2015, the New Jersey Attorney General awarded Suzanne the Crime Victim Rights’ Award.
Suzanne has committed her career to working to improve systemic responses to victims/survivors of domestic violence.
