Wooden Privacy Fence System Lifetime Warranty

• Must select the Postmaster fence post option
• Must have a minimum of ¾ inch thick pickets
• Fence must be stained by Butler Contracting immediately after installation with Butler Contracting’s preferred oil based stain
• The fence must be stained by Butler Contracting every 3 years with the preferred stain
• Must have Butler Contracting preferred metal framed gate system installed
• Must subscribe to the Annual Fence Service Plan from Butler Contracting (Discounted rates for new fence installs) through the life of the fence

Ornamental Iron Fence System Lifetime Warranty

• Must Select the Ameristar Ornamental Iron Fence material for your fence
• Any custom gates must be powder coated by the Butler Contracting preferred vendor
• Must subscribe to the Annual Fence Service Plan from Butler Contracting (Discounted rates for new fence installs) through the life of the fence

**Warranties may be void in the event of acts of God or weather events including but not limited to wind, hail, water damage, flooding, or fire.  The warranty may be void If the deterioration of the fence is from a lack of landscaping maintenance including but not limited to a result of piled up leaves, grass, pine needs, shrubs, bushes trees, or tanic acid.  Any attempt to repair or replace parts or components of the fence without the expressed written consent of Butler Contracting to ensure the structural integrity of the warrantied fence system voids the warranty.  The terms of the lifetime warranty will follow the manufacturer product warranties and guidelines. The wooden privacy fence will be warrantied for a period of 15 years and the ornamental iron fence will be warrantied for a period of 20 years assuming all appropriate warranty registration documentation is completed and all terms and conditions are adhered to.
