We extend our sincerest thanks to our stakeholders and thought-partners at our last Workforce Development Multi-Sector Convening Event! It was a great time of collaboration to develop skills, jobs, and alliances of support that remove barriers for the youth and families we serve.

We are so excited to continue this work of building a resilient workforce for the state of California as a High Roads Training Partner of the California Workforce Development Board, with our grant-funded Mental Health CHW Project.

TEC has also been selected as 1 of 6 Subregional Tables in the Inland Empire created by the California Jobs First Fund and the Thrive Inland SoCal Initiative for workforce development.

TEC's MULTI-SECTOR Roundtables

Sub-regional Tables (Thrive Inland SoCal):

Goal: To convene industry sectors, gather regional insight, and form collaborative solutions that create quality jobs and financial stability for the youth and families in the Inland Empire.
Serving Southwest Riverside County Region: Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Canyon Lake, or Lake Elsinore
Time Commitment: 1 monthly 3-hour virtual meeting and 1 quarterly in-person convening.

Resilient Workforce Coalition (California Workforce Development Board):

Goal: To build win-win partnerships and connect with stakeholders to collaborate on the development of TEC's Mental Health Community Health Worker (CHW) Program!
Serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
Time Commitment: 1 monthly 3-hour virtual meeting and 1 quarterly in-person convening
