As the semester winds down, it is easy to feel pressure to have everything figured out. Summer plans can feel like a defining moment, but they are really just one step in a much larger journey. No matter what your next few months look like, there is still plenty of time to build experience, explore your interests, and make meaningful progress.
Not having everything lined up right now does not mean you are falling behind. Growth can come from many different paths, whether that is developing new skills, gaining hands-on experience in unexpected ways, or taking time to reflect on what you actually want. What matters most is staying proactive and open to opportunities.
If you are looking for ways to make the most of your summer and move forward with intention, join us for What to Do This Summer If You Do Not Have an Internship. You will walk away with ideas, strategies, and next steps to help you turn this summer into something meaningful.

How to Stand Out
at a Virtual Career Fair
| |
Succeeding in a virtual career fair is all about preparation and professional presence. Start by researching the employers you’re most excited about so you can ask tailored, interesting questions. Ensure your space is set up properly: good lighting, a plain background, and a solid internet connection go a long way in making you look confident and qualified. Additionally, have a 30-second introduction ready—who you are, what you’re studying, and what you’re looking for—so you can easily jump into conversation. Finally, keep your resume handy, follow up with recruiters afterward, and treat every interaction like an interview. Your effort can turn a virtual fair into real opportunities.
