Italy in US Visita alla sede di EniNext, la corporate venture capital di ENI, e a Commonwealth Fusion Systems, sito di sviluppo di un impianto di produzione id energia da fusione nucleare. Passaggio alla Libreria Italiana “I AM Books” I Am Books nel North End e visita all’Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, che conserva una preziosa collezione di oltre 2400 opere italiane.
Ambassador Mariangela Zappia’s mission to Boston. Visit to the headquarters of EniNext, corporate venture capital of ENI, and to Commonwealth Fusion Systems, development site of a nuclear fusion power plant. The Ambassador went also to the Italian Library “I AM Books” in the North End and visited the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, which preserves a precious collection of over 2400 Italian works of art!

Eccellente esempio di partnership comunitaria grazie all’azione della Cultural Italian American Organization (CIAO) e Italian American Alliance (IAA) con le autorità scolastiche e politiche locali nella promozione di una esperienza culturale e didattica unica per gli studenti della scuola. Grazie per il supporto al direttore del distretto Bill Titus – e al Senatore Paul R. Feeney, al Rappresentante Robert Consalvo e a William Galvin del 6th Suffolk District.

Missione al Mount Holyoke College di South Hadley (MA), prestigiosa università femminile di antica tradizione. Visita agli archivi per conoscere la figura della fondatrice Mary Lyon, del Prof. Valentine Giamatti, cultore di Dante e collezionista raffinato.
Incontro con la Prof. Kavita Khory e la Direttrice dei programmi all’estero April Stroud del McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives per discutere dei tirocini e dei programmi in Italia che, ogni anno, coinvolgono decine di studenti dell’università, e visita guidata alle collezioni d’arte del museo con la curatrice Ellen Alvord.
Felici di aver ospitato la dirigente scolastica Patrizia Calanchini Monti del Consolato Generale di Philadelphia. Grazie al fantastico team di docenti e alle Prof. Morena Svaldi e Ombretta Frau per la professionalità e la calorosa accoglienza!

| Italian Classes at Passport to Languages | |
Would you like to learn to speak Italian?
For over the past 20 years, the Burlington Sons of Italy Lodge 2223 has
been offering two 12-week semesters of Italian Language Classes annually. The
12 weeks of highly acclaimed classes are offered at six different learning
levels from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced. There is something for
everyone no matter the experience level. Further, the classes are taught by
professional Italian teachers from academia.
The classes are especially aimed at those who have no Italian language
experience and two beginner levels are offered. Then for those with a
smattering of Italian language expertise and are planning a trip to Italy in
the near future and need to sharpen their skills, there are two intermediate
levels and they are a perfect fit for such travel. Finally the advanced levels
are for those who want to go beyond.
