Grazie alla sindaca di Medford, Breanna Lungo-Kohen, per aver partecipato all’evento e bravissimi gli studenti della scuola media di Medford della classe della professoressa Odoguardi che hanno cantato l’inno italiano.

Visita al padiglione Italia allestito da Italian Trade Commission alla Fiera Bio, principale evento di settore con più di 7000 partecipanti e oltre 50 delegazioni internazionali. Italia presente con rappresentanti dei cluster regionali e di aziende.
Visit in Boston of the Ambassador of Italy in the United States, Mariangela Zappia. Welcome to the Consulate General! Visit to the Italian pavilion at the Bio International Convention, organized by the Italian Trade Commission. Bio is the main sector event with more than 7000 participants and over 50 international delegations. Italy attended with 20 institutions including regional clusters and companies.

Festa di San Pietro
Gloucester, 25 Giugno 2023
La Festa di San Pietro attira da tempo visitatori da tutto il Paese. È una celebrazione annuale che si svolge a Gloucester, MA, il fine settimana più vicino alla festa di San Pietro, il 29 giugno. L'evento è sponsorizzato dalla comunità di pescatori italo-americani di Gloucester. Durante i giorni del festival si svolgono molte attività, dalle processioni religiose al Greasy Pole, una gara in cui i piu' coraggiosi corrono su un palo ricoperto di grasso cercando di afferare la bandiera senza cadere in acqua.
The Feast of St. Peter has long attracted visitors from all over the country. It is an annual celebration held in Gloucester MA on the weekend closest to St. Peter's Day, June 29. The event is sponsored by Gloucester's Italian-American fishing community. Many activities take place during the festival days, from religious processions to the Greasy Pole, a contest in which the bravest run up a greasy pole trying to grab the flag without falling into the water.

Would you like to learn to speak Italian?
For over the past 20 years, the Burlington Sons of Italy Lodge 2223 has been offering two 12-week semesters of Italian Language Classes annually. The 12 weeks of highly acclaimed classes are offered at six different learning levels from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced. There is something for everyone no matter the experience level. Further, the classes are taught by professional Italian teachers from academia.
The classes are especially aimed at those who have no Italian language experience and two beginner levels are offered. Then for those with a smattering of Italian language expertise and are planning a trip to Italy in the near future and need to sharpen their skills, there are two intermediate levels and they are a perfect fit for such travel. Finally the advanced levels are for those who want to go beyond.
