Care Amiche e Cari Amici dell’Italia,

Desidero aprire questo numero con un pensiero commosso per il Cav. Alberto Mustone, Presidente del COMITES di Boston, recentemente scomparso. La sua dedizione e il suo instancabile impegno al servizio della comunità italiana del New England resteranno un esempio prezioso per tutti noi. Alla sua famiglia, agli amici e al COMITES rinnovo la più sincera vicinanza del Consolato Generale.
Il mese di luglio sarà caratterizzato dalle celebrazioni del 250° anniversario dell’Indipendenza degli Stati Uniti, che vedranno Boston protagonista di uno degli eventi più significativi dell’anno con la partecipazione della Nave Scuola Amerigo Vespucci al raduno internazionale delle Tall Ships.

I would like to open this issue with a heartfelt tribute to Alberto Mustone, President of COMITES Boston, who recently passed away. His dedication and tireless service to the Italian community in New England will remain an inspiring example for us all. On behalf of the Consulate General, I extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and the entire COMITES.
July will be marked by the celebrations of the 250th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States, with Boston taking center stage in one of the year’s most significant events through the participation of the Italian Navy training ship Amerigo Vespucci in the international Tall Ships gathering.
