Description:
The Yawa MW780 is a powerful performance die cutter with automatic sheet feed, designed for cutting, creasing and embossing various stocks such-as paper, cardboard or plastic. The non-stop loader prepares for the next stack with a system of double chains and needles driven by a position sensor with fine-tuning adjustments while the front sheet positioning is detected electronically. The cutout unit automatically adjusts the position of the die with pneumatic brake and clutch for smooth picking and braking with reinforced die-plates and auto centering punch positions. The unloading unit is also equipped with a non-stop delivery system consisting of double chains and needles controlled by a position sensor with quick sheet size setup and programmable device for inputting separation strips. Built with components from around the world such-as: Omron, Fuji, Siemens, SKF, IKO, Renold, CKD, Goizper, Festo, Becker, Habasit, and More.
