Although I wasn't really an anxious kid, Labor Day weekend - with the looming new school year - would always stir up a bit of anxiety. These days, even though many children start before Labor Day, and I'm no longer in school, the beginning of September always seems to carry some of that energy.

And as an adult, with post-vacation vibes, many companies now requiring more in-office time starting this month, and oh, just the overall state of the world, you might be feeling these feels. Because I thought perhaps some folks were struggling a bit earlier this week like I was, I posted this PGG essay on my IG stories (be sure to follow me there so you don't miss out ;) and it seemed to resonate, so I figured I would share it with you here today.

If this is this is not applicable to you right now or you've already gotten though the turbulence, be sure flag it so you have it on hand for any future episodes!

With the passing of Queen Elizabeth yesterday, I could have posted my royal-referencing essay from 2011 (with an addendum in 2018), For Weddings and a Funeral, so you can check that out as another option.... Royal fan or not, it certainly is the end of an era, and this huge shift is just more evidence of the profoundly transformative times in which we find ourselves.

Speaking of which, we will need help navigating them! We'll be talking about how do do so during the next CONNECTING WITH KRISTINA on Wednesday, September 21st where the topic will be the elusive concept of BALANCE. These online gatherings are a great opportunity to have meaningful conversation with folks of like mind to share experiences, insights and helpful perspectives. Click here for some of my musings during the session about JOY and check my YouTube channel for a clip from July, with an interaction with an attendee. And another tool to help you create a strong internal foundation to navigate these turbulent times is my book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower the Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul! Check out this video with some of the folks who have it, and read additional reviews and purchase on Amazon here. If you have a copy - thank you! - and please consider writing a review and/or posting on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit. Today's PGG Video of the Week is and this week's Instagram post reminds you not to compare yourself with others. This bonus IG post share a few ways I've helped clients :) For today's PGG Vibe of the Week why Bob Marley's Three Little Birds is always a good one to play when you're feeling anxious...
