On these days we offer care from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM, sometimes include a field trip, and always have fun & engaging activities planned! You can register for these days in Eleyo at any time, remembering to pay attention to the deadlines for registration. The deadlines are also the last date you can withdraw your child from the NSD without being charged. Once a registration deadline has passed, you are not guaranteed childcare and may be put on a wait list.

* On dates when Lincoln is not hosting a NSD, our Leadership and Staff will be at one of our sister Sites; Otter Lake or Birch Lake. Stay tuned about Spring Break 2020!

A Few Kind Reminders!

Wear/Bring Tennis Shoes Daily
Please have your child bring or wear tennis shoes each day. We offer the gym as a space choice everyday and follow the same rule as the school day: shoes other than tennis are not allowed for play in the gym or on the rock climbing wall.

Toys From Home
On Thursdays, students are able to bring a non violent toy / game from home. This can include an electronic, though no cell phones please. Electronic toys / games are allowed during designated times only.

* Please r emind your child(ren) that they are responsible for their own toys, and no trading please!

Weather Appropriate Attire
The children go outside nearly everyday and early morning/late afternoons can be chilly! Please send along appropriate outerwear. As winter and snow approach we will require all the gear - snow pants, boots, hats, mittens / gloves, etc in order to go outside. We encourage you to LABEL your child(ren)s gear - we will have a black sharpie at the sign in / out area :)

A Peek into December
December is upon us and we are all so excited to enJOY some of our old traditions, and embrace new ones!
Winter Wonderland is coming back to the stage - this kiddo driven experience creates so much excitement! We also are planning our annual walk to Washington Square Senior Apartments on Tuesday, December 17th in the afternoon - the kiddos will be practicing our songs leading up to it - the Seniors are looking forward to us coming!
New this year - Parents Night Out! On Thursday, December 19th we will be OPEN at Lincoln until 8pm. Watch for a RSVP survey coming out early next week with the details!

You can take a peek at our December Activity Calendar posted in the Cafe on the Bulletin Board or by clicking here .

Our Camps & Clubs for the month are also listed on the Calendar.

Look for camp posters and sign up sheets posted on the Bulletin Board!
Looking Back on November
November was top notch at Lincoln Extended Day!
Our Daily Specials continue to draw a crowd, including everything from Salt Dough Welcome Ragnolis & Slime, to Fruit-Tasting, playing Fit-opoly (a fun spin on Monopoly), hand made thank you cards and crafting paper plate turtles!

Our Dramatic Play Area is always a kiddo favorite - this months BusyTown Theme included a Train Set, Vet Clinic, Doll House / Living Room and a Flower Shop.

Our new Zen / Bistro space was introduced and is popular with the students - we are currently working with the tech department to boost the wifi :)
We also took on two Service Projects this month! Community Dental Care came in on the November 18th NSD and students learned about the importance of oral hygiene and packed 432 dental care bags that were passed out with Thanksgiving Meals for the homeless / those in need.
We also partnered with the Lincoln Student Council and did a Winter Clothing Drive for the WBL Closet - folks from The Closest came and collected the donations the day before the snowstorm and were so grateful - perfect timing!
