The 1/18th 2015 Ford GT models from Maisto were shipped to us on Thursday from California. We are expecting the delivery to arrive on Wednesday around lunch time. They will be available in Blue, Yellow, and Silver with Black Stripes. We did receive this week the Ford GT in 1/43rd scale by TSM - they are limited to only 1000 pieces and are of the 2015 Chicago Auto Show Car also in Silver with Black stripes.
After waiting more than a year and a half - we have received TSM's 1/43rd 1954 General Motors Futureliner "Out of the Muddle" and it is worth the wait. It is a fantastic model measuring more than 9" and features a fully opening display.
Early next week we are expecting Linda Vaughn's book titled "The First Lady of Motorsport" along with a new Carroll Shelby book "A Collection of my Favorite Racing Photos. Carrol passed away before the book was fully completed, but Author Art Evans, following Shelby's instructions, carried this final project through to completion. The book is filled with images that have never been seen in print, as well as images not published since the 1950s and 1960s.

Last Saturday morning we had a very good turnout for having to dodge the rain drops - including several "first time" cars along with a nice gathering of Porsches. Jan is baking "Mixe Berry's & Brie Cheese Scones" for tomorrow. I h
