This summit for law enforcement executives, command staff, and supervisors will feature an in-depth discussion on civil unrest with two nationally renowned subject matter experts, NYPD Deputy Inspector (ret.) Anthony J. Raganella and Pennsylvania State Police Major (ret.) Mark Lomax.
