Sid the Serpent is a Success

Sid the Serpent was seen in all seven Linn-Mar elementary schools.

The production, presented by Opera Iowa, is the story of a serpent in the circus who longs for more than just slithering in and out of his basket—he wants to sing!

His efforts to find a singing style suitable to a snake were spectacular!

The tour was made possible by a grant from the Linn-Mar Foundation.
