Christmas Shopping

We are putting the final touches on our Annual Harvest Silent Auction. Support Linwood Community by shopping in our online auction. Bidding begins on Friday, November 14 at 4 pm and ends on Monday, November 24 at 12 noon. The auction site is open for viewing and ready for you to make a shopping list!

Our auction includes baskets filled with gift certificates from local businesses, wine, chocolates, homemade cookies, scones and soup, Green Bay Packer & Timber Rattler tickets, PAC tickets, local paint and pottery/mosaic classes, a local airplane ride and much more. The donations of auction items from our community has far surpassed our expectations and we are thankful.

This Fall has been Busy for

our Linwood Community

Members of Faith Lutheran Church and therapy dog Hagar spent a Saturday morning with us sharing the story of their comfort dog ministry, followed by a sing a long, games, tasty snacks and fellowship.

We met with Holly Curry, Senior Care Advisor from Care Patrol and talked about the ways we can "Live Our Best Life".

Alex Quintana, Public Education Specialist for the Appleton Fire Department prepared us for a fire emergency. A drill was held later in the month and our tenants set a Linwood record and were able to safely evacuate our building in 4 minutes!!

The Alliance Church Action Team and youthful volunteers from Xavier High School did a fantastic job cleaning up our grounds.

Diane Putzer led us in a holiday painting project funded by a Thrivent Action Team Grant.

Our beloved City Alderperson Vaya Jones spent a morning with us keeping us informed about our city government,
