Apartment Window Update
We are thrilled to announce that after four years of dedicated effort from our property committee and staff, the final windows have been installed in all 42 apartments! These updates not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of our community but also improves the comfort and well-being of our tenants. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Nick Hietpas and his exceptional crew at J&B Home Improvement, who were respectful and neat thus making this process seamless for everyone involved. We truly appreciate the patience and understanding of our tenants during this installation journey.

Thanks to generous donations, including Trinity Congregation, “Keith J. Niemuth Accessibility Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region as well as individuals, we have raised 85% of the elevator expense. The elevator repair is in process and scheduled for completion in June. It is gratifying that many of our tenants have made monetary contributions and are actively supporting our fund-raising efforts for the elevator.
We have raised $5,900 towards a $7,000 matching donation challenge from an anonymous donor. This is a remarkable opportunity for us to maximize the impact of your contributions, and we invite you to consider making a gift towards our elevator fund to help us reach this goal. Every dollar you contribute will be doubled, enhancing our efforts to create a more accessible living environment.. You can easily make your donation online by clicking here or by mailing your donation to the above address.

Cleaning and hygiene products were collected. Community Engagement Manager, Kalina Davis wrote the following: "Thank you for your generosity and care - we are so grateful to be in a community with supportive members like you. These items are such a big help and blessing to our team and the families we walk alongside."
