Calling All Chili, Soup, Dessert Makers & Eaters! 

Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 11 am - 1 pm

Support Linwood Community and make your favorite pot of soup and/or a tasty dessert to support our 1st Annual Chili and Soup Cookoff.  

If you identify as a soup eater but not a cooker/baker, join us for a fun lunch, which includes samples for taste testing, a bowl of soup of your choice, tasty dessert and famous Linwood fellowship. Your $8 donation will support our elevator reconstruction project.

Support Linwood with Thrivent Choice

Eligible Thrivent policy holders can recommend where Thrivent donates grant funding by directing their "Choice Dollars". We ask that you prayerfully consider choosing Fox Valley Lutheran Homes as a recipient of your Choice Dollars. The deadline to direct your Thrivent Choice Dollars is March 31, 2026.

Seeking Delegates to Our Annual Meeting

Congregations are gathering for their annual meetings and will be selecting delegates to our annual meeting.

If you have members that would like more information (and a tour) about our ministry before committing to serve as a delegate, please contact Lynn Ann at the email address below. 

For your planning purposes: Board members and congregation delegates will gather on Saturday, April 25 at 9 AM in Linwood Commons for our annual meeting. Please email the names and contact details (email, phone # and address) of your congregation delegates to Lynn Ann at lynnann.fvlhomes@gmail.com.  Everyone is welcome to attend. Continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 AM.
