Message from the Principal

Zion Families,

The season of Advent is upon us. During the weeks of Advent, we participate in a time of waiting for the birth of the Messiah. Advent begins the Christian liturgical church year. We are filled with hope and excitement for the blessing of beginnings.

As you go about the season with shopping, baking, decorating, and other preparations for Christmas, I encourage you to take time out of all the “hustle and bustle” to reflect on the true meaning of this season. Take time to reflect on the great things that Jesus has done for each of you and your family members. What a joyous occasion it is to celebrate the birth of that precious baby Jesus so long ago!
