Ruby's Fundraiser

Come support Zion Lutheran School's 4th and 5th-grade Battle of the Books Club and Team! Battle of the Books is an Orange County reading competition including public and private schools. We challenge students to read 20 books throughout the school year and test their knowledge on competition day. We challenge you to join us at Ruby's Diner in Anaheim (October 25-27) to support our love of reading! Fundraising provides our team with team shirts, competition books, and the entrance fee for the competition. Thank you so much for your support!

Children's Ministry Volunteers Needed

Join the Zion Children’s Ministry Sunday School Team. We are looking for adult volunteers on Sundays for the 10 am worship service, to teach the Children’s Message followed by a craft or game. The Children’s message will be pre-made along with all the game or craft material. Volunteers will walk the children from the church during the Sermon to Berea Room, read the message and follow the directions for the craft or game, make sure the room is cleaned up and then walk the children back to Church to sit with their parents. All of this will be about 15-20 minutes of your time and you will receive a one hour credit of parent participation time (for Zion School Parents). We encourage you to sign up with a friend as working in a team is more fun.
