Carline for Dropping Off & Picking Up Items
As you know, the COVID-19 outbreak has progressed to such a degree that schools across the country -- including Meridian -- must remain closed for the rest of the 2019-2020 school year. Many of you have reached out to inquire how you may pick up your student's belongings from campus and drop off uniforms or other items.  This process is for both DROP OFF of items to return to Meridian (i.e. school athletic uniforms, library books, textbooks/workbooks, books on loan from English Language Arts class, Chromebooks and cords) AND PICK UP of items from the school (locker belongings and musical instruments). Please be sure to read through the instructions, complete the steps required, and watch the video prior to arriving.
Item Carline Video & Instructions

For everyone's health and safety, it is important that you not come to school if you are exhibiting any symptoms of illness. We thank you in advance for your patience as we attempt executing this process, especially those who come on the first day. If everyone follows these directions, we are anticipating a smooth experience for all.

NOTE: If you have primary students, plans for dropping off and picking up their items will be shared soon.

Student Awards
Due to the school closure, we will not have a student awards ceremony this year, but we will still have student awards! Teachers are currently in the process of deciding upon award recipients, and awards will be announced in next week's Lions Share.

Senior Art Exhibitions
As we were unable to hold an in-person show of the Diploma Program Visual Arts students' work, we are publishing links to the work of a few students every week.  Here is this week's installment of Senior IB DP Visual Arts exhibitions:

Let's show some LOVE to our SENIORS, the Class of 2020, who have lost so much in this last quarter of their high school career due to COVID-19. You can adopt more than one senior of you like! Most addresses are provided on the Sign Up Genius (linked below) so you can choose a senior who lives in your area. Get creative! Get your younger students involved! But... remember to maintain social distance as you participate! ***If you sign up, please make sure to follow through and complete this task by Friday, May 22 which is the last day of school.*** Questions?
