Oldenburg Holeshot and Wild Card Win, Bloss Rides Strong

At round two of the 2025 SMX Playoffs in St. Louis, Beta teammates Mitchell Oldenburg and Benny Bloss both put in determined rides in the 450 class. Oldenburg impressed early, grabbing the holeshot and leading wire-to-wire in the Wild Card, including the fastest lap time. Oldenburg finished 12th in the first moto, but in the second moto, he hit a rock on the track that threw him into the tough blocks, resulting in a 19th overall finish. Bloss delivered the stronger main-event result, finishing 12th overall after consistent rides in both motos. With that finish, Bloss keeps himself in the hunt for a spot inside the top ten of the SMX standings. The SMX Playoffs wrap up this weekend in Las Vegas with the season finale.

Factory 450 RX

"I finished 12th overall in St. Louis and also moved to 12th in the championship. I had a solid round. The bike and setup were on point as always. Big thanks to my team and all my supporters!"

Factory 450 RX

"I had a really good weekend going until the last moto. Unfortunately, I hit a rock in the elevated turn, and it shot me into the tough blocks. The game plan was to use these SMX races as a way to build for the 2026 season, and I’m really excited about the things we are learning! One more round, and then we hammer the off-season for A1”
