LISA M. BERMAN was quoted in the recent
New York Times article,

“What is Art Jewelry?”,
By VICTORIA GOMELSKY, Dec. 6th. 2021

“My clients are not typical - they aren't interested in fashion trends,
instead have cultivated enduring personal style. They are educated, well heeled, travel and are strategic in conveying a non-verbal message, (sometimes political or social) with a select piece of jewelry -
accomplished quietly or more often, overtly.

Traditional values of wearing precious gemstones or metals are not as important to them. The emotional experience of wearing hand-crafted
"art with meaning" creates their personal intrinsic value."

I’m honored to have placed pivotal jewelry and art pieces in the permanent collections of fine art institutions such as the Smithsonian, Getty, MOMA,
LACMA, as well as notable private collections. As wearable art expert,
I consult for media, private clients, corporate projects and art institutions.

"I was completely surprised by this amazing gift-
Even though we had never met or even talked, Kat authentically captured my FREE SPIRIT and a few of my favorite things":

My Daredevil Orange dress (Yes, its actually a color from Sherman Williams),
a necklace I fashioned from a paintbrush eraser from the Orange County Museum
of Art gift store - purchased on the last day at the former location,
French vintage glasses from the Modernism Show when it was still in Santa Monica, (who remembers that?) and the beach in Laguna... sunny skies.
