DUNS Number Required on All Voucher Submissions
This is a reminder that all December 2017 HAP vouchers (due to SHCC by November 10, 2017) must contain the correct Owner DUNS and TIN numbers.
Vouchers that do not contain these two numbers will receive a fatal error and will not be paid until the error is corrected.
