Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
I love how the holy Word of God speaks to us today, day after day. The beautiful book of Amos, chapter 3, verses 6-8, amplified version, says:
If a trumpet is blown in a city [warning of danger] will not the people tremble? If a disaster or misfortune occurs in a city has not the Lord caused it? Surely the Lord God does nothing Without revealing His secret plan [of the judgment to come] To His servants the prophets. The lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken [to the prophets]! Who can but prophesy?
Motivated by His Love, Almighty God repeatedly brings warnings through His prophets to save His people from harm. Time after time, God forewarns His people of impending judgment to give them the opportunity to repent and return to Him. He is the Rock. These warnings are like a shofar, a trumpet call from watchmen on the wall, to warn His people.
When we truly repent to come into His Kingdom, and then are given His miracle Holy Spirit to live within us, that Helper/Teacher is The Source of Wisdom and Warnings. Events unfolding now are an urgent call today to hear His Voice, as did prophets such as Amos.
The book of Amos also contains great hope for our future, fully submitted under Him. Amos 9:8,9 is especially relevant: "'Behold, the eyes of the LORD GOD are on the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from the face of the earth; Yet I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, 'says the LORD. For surely I will command, and will sift the house of Israel among all nations, as grain is sifted in a sieve. Yet now the smallest grain shall fall to the ground. All the sinners of My people shall die by the sword, Who say, ' The calamity shall not overtake nor confront us.'"
And then these magnificent ending verses, again in the amplified, Amos 9: 11-15:
“In that day I shall raise up and restore the fallen tabernacle (booth) of David,
And wall up its breaches [in the city walls];
I will also raise up and restore its ruins
And rebuild it as it was in the days of old,
That they may possess the remnant of Edom (ancient enemies)
And all the nations that are called by My name,”
Says the Lord who does this.
“Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,
“When the plowman shall overtake the one who gathers the harvest,
And the one who treads the grapes [shall overtake] him who sows the seed [for the harvest continues until planting time];
When the mountains will drip sweet wine
And all the hills shall melt [that is, everything that was once barren will overflow with streams of blessing].
“Also I shall bring back the exiles of My people Israel,
And they will rebuild the deserted and ruined cities and inhabit them:
They will also plant vineyards and drink their wine,
And make gardens and eat their fruit.
“I will also plant them on their land,
And they shall never again be uprooted from their land
Which I have given them,”
Says the Lord your God."

God willing, we can celebrate the feast of the Lord, the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur, "afflicting our souls" (Leviticus 23:27,29,32) especially on Sunday, September 24. This holy day is not just for Jews, but can be humbly revered among us, The Body of Christ, His "ecclesia," in every nation, the" Israel of God" (Galatians 6:16). And please spend time during these ten days, and afterwards, spending time with the Holy Spirit, (Revelation 3:19-21), "dining" with the Risen Christ, having communion, deeply abiding in Him, "chewing over" this key prophecy below:
We are called to His Kingdom: in this year 5784 we are all to arise from our slumber, awaken the spiritual hearing that has been dead, hear His stillness in the storm, break free from misplaced hope in things, come out of the world's systems, and be prepared for the shock and major changes which are coming in His perfect timing. Even as the world is in great distress, Joel 2:28 is about to explode upon the world; Psalm 24 and clean hands, are key Words to follow. Instead of old tradition we need to be ready for His fresh moves of the Holy Spirit.

Isn't it time for personal and national repentance? That's the sole purpose of this ministry: encouraging His Gift of repentance.
