Meditation can be a means both to calm down and to wake up. We may have a good idea what it means to calm down, but what is it we wake up to? With some guided sessions of basic meditation, we’ll begin to connect with our innate Buddha wisdom, learning not to fall asleep on what it’s telling us, even in the most mundane of our worldly circumstances.
