Well, we've reached the final day of National Black Child Development Week (NBCDW) and hope you have enjoyed our daily newsletter with resources to support Black children ages 0-8 and their families, based on NBCDI's focus areas.

Missed a day? No worries! We've updated our blog each day with NBCDW 2022 recaps. Please share with others, so we can keep the momentum going throughout the year to support the needs of Black children and families through education and advocacy.
BCDI-Atlanta coordinates programs, activities, and training to ensure reading proficiency by the end of 3rd grade for all children by engaging students, families, and educators.

With support from our national office, NBCDI, BCDI-Atlanta provides young children and their families with culturally responsive children’s books designed to foster early literacy skills and establish at-home libraries.
