This session will explain how the code is shifting away from continuously operating recirculation systems toward smarter controls designed to reduce energy waste, piping heat loss, and unnecessary pump operation.

Learn More About Texas HOMES and HEAR Programs


The State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) invites Texans to help design two upcoming initiatives — the Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and the Home Electrification and Appliances Rebate (HEAR) programs.


Funded through the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, these programs will offer rebates to eligible households to help complete energy efficiency improvements and reduce energy costs.


SECO and the program implementer, APTIM, are hosting TWO informational webinars to share details about the programs, who can apply, and what to expect in the future.
