LOPTA Talent Show 2026 Auditions

What an Amazing Turnout!

Our Talent Show auditions were held today, and what an incredible afternoon it was!

We had 77 students from across grade levels step up with confidence, creativity, and courage to showcase their talents. From singing and dancing to instrumental performances and unique acts, the variety and effort were truly impressive. It was wonderful to see so many students willing to shine on stage and support one another.

A big thank you to our judges — Mr. Shui, Mr. Matt, and Ms. Stacy for generously giving their time, encouragement, and thoughtful feedback. Your support made the experience positive and meaningful for every participant.

Every student who auditioned should feel proud. Performing in front of others takes bravery, and our students truly rose to the occasion. We are so proud of how well everyone performed!

What’s Next?

The final list of selected participants will be announced by Tuesday next week. Please keep an eye out for further communication.

Thank you to our students, families, volunteers, and staff for making today such a success. We can’t wait for the big show!

Out of the Blue

On Wednesday, February 18th our LO educators and administrative staff were greeted to a special recognition day on behalf of the LOPTA and community. The Out of the Blue We Thank You event followed a work furlough day for the SRVSD teachers on Tuesday, February 17th. The teacher lounge was stocked with fun blue treats and drinks designed to bring smiles, energy and sweetness to our devoted Live Oak faculty. It is a small token of our appreciation and we are grateful for their unwavering commitment to our students.

Special thank you to Shawn Kathka, Sri Sudha Keerti and Sindhya Govind for setting up this special event.
