Active Body Pilates Classes
starting April 6th!



Starting April 6th we will be offering live Private and Group Mat workouts over Zoom.

To participate:
1. Go To Our Website, Schedule Online, which directs you to Mind Body Online
2. Purchase appropriate package/s
3. Sign up for desired classes/sessions
4. Look for a ZOOM link in your email (12 hrs to 15 min prior to your class/session)
If you do not already have Zoom, please visit https://zoom.us to active your free acount, OR download the ZOOM App from your mobile device.
5. Have a mat or towel available and get ready for your Pilates workout!

Existing clients have the option to use up their already purchased packages for group or private sessions. If you choose the discounted ZOOM price, please purchase online first, then register for classes/ privates.


GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE (45 min):

Mondays/ Wednesdays/Fridays @ 5:45 am w/ Jana
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 12pm w/ Julie
Fridays @ 10 am w/ Lisa


PRIVATE SESSION SCHEDULE (50 min):

Tuesdays @ 4pm, 5pm, 6 pm
Fridays @ 8am, 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm

PRICING -Remote Zoom Sessions
Group Classes  (45 min)
 Single Group Class: $ 20 + tax
5 Pack Group Classes: $ 90 + tax

Private Sessions  (50 min)
Single Private: $ 50 + tax
5 Pack Privates: $ 240 + tax
