We are now offering live streaming classes so you can still get your Alt Fit Jax fix at home. A copy of the schedule of classes is above.
Please sign up on Mindbody from the link below for the class. You will need to create a login if you do not already have one. Please follow the instruction on Mindbody to do so.
If you have an unlimited membership, the class will be free, and if you do not there is an option to pick a "Live Stream Class" for just $5.00
You will receive a link via email beforehand that will allow you to join the class. If you are doing this on your phone you will need to download the zoom app.
If it is 30 minutes before class time and you have not received a link for it, please reach out to us so we can resend it to you.
