Local gas stations team up for United Way fundraiser
Fuel up at participating Port Angeles gas stations to raise money for our community! Each station will donate 10 cents/gallon to United Way of Clallam County on their designated date. The stations will also be giving away a $50.00 gas card to one lucky winner from each day.

Fuel the Way Schedule:
  • 2/16/19: *WEATHER PERMITTING* Lovell's Chevron - 601 E 1st Street and Roadrunner Shell - 1023 E Front Street
  • 3/2/19: First Race Car Wash/76 Station - 907 E 1st Street
  • 3/16/19: 76 Station - 331 W 1st Street
  • 3/31/19: Fairmount Shell - 1137 W US-101

United Way of Clallam County’s mission is to strengthen the community by helping people live safe, healthy and productive lives. The money raised will be invested in the community through 24 local partner agencies that have programs and services focused on education, financial stability and health. 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember phone number for people to call for health and human service information, referrals, and other assistance to meet their needs. When you call a local specialist will direct you to the help you need. You can also search resources online at http://211.org/. Please use 2-1-1 to find cold weather assistance and shelter information. Stay safe and warm during this snowy weather!
Free Tax Help
AARP Foundation Tax-Aide offers free, individualized tax preparation for low-to moderate-income taxpayers. Clallam County locations include the Port Angeles Senior Center, Port Angeles Public Library and Sequim Senior Center. Find date and time available at local sites. You will need to bring several important documents with you, access the list here.
