Letter from the Pastor:
The day we arrived in New Zealand our family rented a campervan and within a few hours were loaded up with me behind the wheel, driving on the left-hand side of the road. Unnatural & at times slightly unnerving, mastering this new skill was essential; our only option for experiencing this beautiful country.
Living with COVID-19 in our world at times feels a lot like driving on the left-hand side of the road. The restrictions we’re being asked to follow are new, unnatural, and at times feel more than a little unnerving. And new information comes at us by the minute.
Like the rest of the country, at Living Water we are learning to drive on the left- hand side of the road. Children’s programming has gone on-line, and until further notice LW Sunday worship will be LiveStream only. For many of us this will be new and feel somewhat unnatural, but they are essential measures if we are to contain this deadly virus and keep our communities as safe as possible.
Tonight (Thursday) at 6:30pm I invite you to join us on BoxCast for the first of what we hope will be several virtual popup worship experiences. WORSHIP 2020 will be 20 minutes, 20 seconds: prayer, scripture, and music; as we invite the Spirit of Jesus to be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path on this journey through new & unfamiliar territory.

We as a church know how very important this food distribution is to you, our friends and neighbors, and we have been working very hard with the Ruby’s Pantry directors to let us keep this month’s distribution open as scheduled. With all things considered, for EVERYONE’s health and safety, Ruby’s WILL run this Saturday here at Living Water, but will be CURB-SIDE PICKUP ONLY and there will be NO RUBY’S CLOSET or FOOD PANTRY. Luther Bible Camp is an amazing opportunity for these chidlren, we will gladly help offset the cost of the camp for any LW Ministry Partner by offering a $100 scholarship.
