Family histories

For Jewish American Heritage Month, we’re featuring our 2025 MEDIATED LIVES: The Family Historian talk with Dena Rueb Romero and Richard Neugass, who discuss two families touched by the Holocaust and the role of family historians in keeping the archive alive. 1/16/25 Produced by Cedar O’Dowd, Toj Marceau, & Jan Abbott for JAM.

Party like it's 1999

Last weekend, we kicked off our annual 48-Hour Film Slam, where local filmmakers and movie aficionados created 6 short films under the theme: "The Year is 1999." Films included a kids’ parody of Fight Club (“Bite Club”), a police-procedural spoof (“Law and Order: Food Crimes Unit”), an ensemble-cast soap opera (“Hackers”), and much more.

Walk as one

Follow this youth-organized Positive Tracks Challenge, born out of a creative collaboration between Hanover and Lebanon High School Students. This athletic event raises awareness for the importance of mental health resources while also reducing the stigma on mental illness. 4/25/26 Produced by Chico Eastridge & Mike Cannon for JAM.
