We are moving forward with the next level of connecting as a church through our IBC Richmond App!

Each ministry group will have the ability to chat through private group messaging from within the church app or on your computer. You will begin to see invites from your Sunday school teacher, community group leader, or the leader of ministries in which you take part.

Do you need to add the app to your phone? Do you want to change the information in your profile? Do you want to test messaging on your phone? We can help! Stop by the conference room after church any Sunday in March, and our church staff will do our best to get you connected!

How to prepare:

• Make sure you know your Apple ID/App Store password or have it handy
• Have in mind an email address/password and phone number you would like associated with your account

If you would like to order Easter flowers in honor of a loved one, please fill out this form including your name and the name of the person you would like honored. Each name will go into the digital bulletin, churchwide newsletter, and preservice slides. The cost for each is $20* and can be paid through this registration form (Note # attending = quantity of hydrangeas) or you may call/email the church office ([email protected]). We look forward to a sanctuary filled with flowers—an opportunity to remember and honor our friends and family. *+$0.30 if you pay online.

Casual start at 9am

Mark your calendar for a great family day, working together to keep the church grounds beautiful! Plan to bring any tools you have on-hand, like shovels, wheel barrels, pitch forks, and rakes.

Starting Sunday, March 12

Anyone high school-aged and up who likes to sing is welcome to join the choir! All are welcome, but we are especially in need of more male voices, so please encourage the men in your circles to come along with you. :)

The choir is gearing up for Easter season and beyond, so we will begin meeting on non-Community Group Sundays at 5:00 PM in the Sanctuary, starting Sunday, March 12th. Please contact Liz Dillon with any questions: [email protected].

Plan to return the evening of Sunday, March 19th for a 5:00 PM church business meeting.

Pick up Easter weekend invites, placed throughout the church! Good Friday will include personal stories from among our congregation: "When I Saw the Light" and Easter Sunday's message will be joyous and gospel intensive as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ! ImmanuelBaptist.org/Easter

The Food Pantry/Clothes Closet ministry team is looking for people who would enjoy coming to the church 1 or 2 Fridays a month, for up to one hour, to visit with the clients who come for food and clothing. You would talk with visitors specifically while they are waiting for us to open the doors; and then more opportunities for conversation will develop organically throughout their visit. We welcome casual conversation, Gospel conversations, a time of prayer before we let everyone in, and/or other ideas you may have after visiting. Please prayerfully consider serving in this way! The Food Pantry/Clothes Closet is open the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month from 10-11am. For more information, send us a message or contact the church office.
