New Vision Center for Spiritual Living | February 1, 2022
Dear Beloveds,

This week, we are wrapping up our annual series on the basics of The Science of Mind. I love that we take some time each year to rediscover the heart of this wisdom teaching that we all love so much. There are times when I feel swept away by the details and the depths of this philosophy, and it is wonderful to reclaim the mooring of the purity and simplicity of universal principles. They always point us toward the Truth.

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality." As we each seek to improve our lives, to deepen into a relationship with Spirit and to work with Divine Law, it's essential that we keep our eyes on the Truth. It guides and directs us so that we are a beneficial presence in the world. It supports us as we express our Divine Goodness. This week, we will be exploring putting it all together with the message "Living in the Spirit of Truth." I can't wait to see you!

Much love,
Rev. Lezli

Men's Group
The New Vision Center Men's Group is a radically inclusive spiritual group for men and those who identify as men in the NVC community. Following a simple and relaxed format, Men's Group meetings give the opportunity to share how life is going - the highs and lows and anything in between.
We Are Hiring

We are looking for a part-time person (approximately 10 hours a week) for a facilities coordinator position. We will be interviewing in February for a March 1, start date.

Radically Inclusive
Why DO We Celebrate Black History Month? For Kids of All Ages
Our Community Outreach Partner for the first quarter of 2022 is Kitchen on the Street, a local non-profit that the NVC community has supported in the past. Their mission is to Turn Hunger into Hope, one child at a time by providing Bags of Hope (food backpacks) to children that would otherwise go hungry, as well as hosting Family Food Pantries on school campuses to assist food insecure families.

The NVC Outreach Team will start collecting items at the end of February. There will be much opportunity to support this wonderful organization serving our greater community.
