Weed Control

Due to the mild winter temperatures and excess rain over the last few weeks, we are already seeing weeds pop up. Please treat for weeds now to maintain a strong, weed free lawn throughout the year.

Flagpole at CR 212

Due to an auto accident, one of the flagpoles has to be replaced. Shipping and installation can take up to 8 weeks. Please be patient and know we are working as quickly as possible to make repairs.

Policy Reminders

Amenity Center Dumping

Disposal of personal garbage, boxes, furniture, mattresses, etc. into the Amenity Center dumpster is PROHIBITED. The dumpster is for association use only.

If you have large items for pick up, please contact the city for bulk trash pickup.

Children & The Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is a facility for residents and guests ages 16 and up. We kindly ask that you do not bring small children to the fitness center or allow them to play on the equipment.

The Fitness Center can be a dangerous place for small children and there is not a safe area for them to play while you are working out. For everyone’s safety, and out of respect for other facility users, please do not bring children to the fitness center.
