Jose (Joe) Alvarado from Mexican Fiesta in Hartland was happy to sponsor National Nacho Day at LCA where students and staff were able to enjoy a delicious nacho lunch!
Mr. Alvarado is a third generation family member of Mexican Fiesta, which has been in business for over sixty years.
He has been working at the Hartland location since 2017.
Joe and his wife, Laura, have been married for 9 years and have homeschooled their youngest two up until finding out about LCA over the summer.
Luciana (8) is in third grade and Jose (7) is in first, and both kids are loving their first year of school.
Joe also has two older sons, Brandon (22) who is in the Pharmacy Program at UNC, and Christian (20) who is a combat medic for the Army Reserves.
In this season of life you can find the Alvarado family at one ice rink or another- Luciana figure skates out of Ice House Skating Academy in Hartland and Jose is a Mite playing travel hockey for Brighton Ice Blue.
