It Feels Like Spring this Week...Let's Talk Spring Market at the Jersey Shore!

Well the river and bay have finally melted, and I'm hoping it stays that way! Although it was fun ice skating and watching the ice boats this winter, I'm ready for mild temps. It really is starting to feel like spring - and there are signs that the market is looking towards spring as well.

1) I have a new office exclusive listing, which should go quickly. We are not cooperating with other agents on this one due to seller preference, so if you want info reach out to me directly. It is NOT visible on Zillow! Toms River cottage fixer upper with a deeeeeeeep lot (50x160!) Nice location on the east side of TR. $265,000...

2) I got calls for 2 new listings this week in Toms River! Very nicely appointed colonials, both should be on the market within the month. $625,000 over by Walnut St. school and $750,000 (4 beds, basement, cul de sac - the works) off of Indian Hill.

3) I have another one coming in Beachwood VERY soon. We just shot the 3D virtual tour for that. I use this product on all of my listings and it's a big hit. I can't share that one just yet, have to follow the rules!
