DCM Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded the search for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Wisconsin-based Vista Care.

It is a leading service and support organization that is proud to provide a wide array of supportive services to individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities. Vista Care is expected to become a $60 million company in the next few years as they utilize two strategies: growth in its current footprint and expansion of services into additional states.
Morrell comes to Vista Care from The Arc of Fond du Lac, where she has served as Executive Director since 2019. She has prior experience as Associate Director of Residential Life at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. As COO, Morrell will be a vital member of Vista Care's executive leadership team.
