5A: Glassy-winged Sharpshooter - The Board approved an agreement with the California Department of Food & Agriculture to reimburse Napa County up to $210,615 for costs related to detecting and preventing the spread of the Glassy-winged Sharpshooter, a pest that threatens the local grape and wine industries. 5G: Plastic Bag & Waste Reduction - The Board adopted an ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 5.70 (Single-use Plastic Bag Reduction) and Chapter 5.80 (Reusable Foodware and Waste Reduction) of the Napa County Code. View the Ordinance HERE.
5H: Peddling & Soliciting - The Board adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 5.40 (Peddling & Soliciting) of the Napa County Code to conform to California Health and Safety Code requirements. View the Ordinance HERE.
9A: Affordable Housing & Commercial Linkage Nexus Study - The Board conducted a public hearing and by a 3-2 vote, approved as amended (revised residential fee thresholds and a three-year, phased implementation), a resolution accepting the Affordable Housing and Commercial Linkage Nexus Study and updating the County’s residential and commercial impact fees with an annual index adjustment.
