Special Visiting Harp Technician
|
LIZA JENSEN here June 1-4, 2017
You are invited to have your harp (regardless of the make or type) regulated, repaired, touched up etc. while she is here.
Info and prices below. If interested, please e-mail me via the link below or here. Reply by Wednesday, May 30th, or better sooner, to reserve your spot!
Liza Jensen is an extraordinary harp technician!
She studied privately under the tutelage of master harp builders Pat Dougal and John Pratt. Liza is the only American woman to be invited by Jakez Francois, president of Camac Harps, to become
their international technician and representative of their company. She travels the world, working on the precious instruments of harpists on several continents.
Liza is a technician for pedal or lever harps, acoustic or electric. Note that includes ANY manufacturer or maker from Erard to CAMAC with Lyon & Healy, Salvi, Venus, and most lever harp makers in between. Of course she works on harp mechanisms, but she is also a genius on touch up of
scratches, dings and dents whether your harp has a flat or glossy finish.
SPECIAL NOTE ON BODY WORK: If you wish dings, scratches or dents worked on, please describe the problem(s) and let us know ASAP. Liza will need the
manufacturer or maker of your harp, its model, wood, oil, satin or glossy etc.
Liza is also willing to do partial or complete string changes with or without regulation, but you will need to supply the strings. If you wish both, string changes, if at all possible, should be made 2 days before regulation.
If you plan to come to the HARP MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP on Saturday, June 2, at 10:00 AM, please let us know in your e-mail response and, if there is time, Liza will be happy to offer one.
